My Nampa roots run deep with my grandmother, father, and myself, born here, thus it has given me a lifelong love of our town and beautiful state of Idaho. Being a grandmother, camping, 4-wheeling, painting, drawing and just about any kind of art are my hobbies. I attended West and graduated from Nampa High as did my three children. This is my 15th year of teaching with 11 of those at West. After getting to be a stay at home mom, I started working in the schools with my children and was encouraged to get my teaching degree. So, I am a bit of a “late bloomer,” but what a wonderful decision it has been. I graduated Cum Laude from Boise State with a Bachelor of Arts in 2003. The love of our students makes me thankful to be their teacher! GO DAWGS!
